Sales Terms & Conditions

PAYMENTS & SECURITY

La Resistance Music offers several ways to make your payment online: VISA, MASTER CARD, PAYPAL & PAYPAL CREDIT, Synchony and Affirm. For security reasons you might be contacted by our sales team in order to verify your identity and/or to confirm your purchase and shipping address. Failing to answer this communication might lead to cancel your order and a refund will be processed.

CANCELLATIONS

If for any reason you want to cancel your purchase, you have 24 hours (from the time of your purchase) to do it and receive a full refund. After that time you can contact us to stop your order and a credit in the store will be granted.

 Cancellations are not valid for:

  • Software

  • Special orders

  • Download software

  • Plug-ins

Software

Software is not returnable and not refundable. All sales are final. This is generally part of all webcarts selling software. It is buyer beware. The . The reason for this is once an end-user customer sees a License Code then that code is 'spoiled' because they can use it to gain access to the software.  Once a License Code is registered by a customer that product is available to that customer and therefore the code cannot be returned.

 

SHIPPING AND BACK ORDERS

For some items and countries we offer the “Free Shipping” service. However, if a return is made, you will be responsible for the payment of this action.

If for some reason, we don’t have in stock the item you bought and is in the “back order” status, a notice will be send, letting you know the approximate time the order will be ready to ship or the status of it. In this case, if you do not agree you are free to cancel and a refund will be made to your payment method.

RETURNS

The client has thirty (30) days after the merchandise has been delivered to make a claim about the operation of the equipment or some other type of malfunction. You must send a letter and pictures with the evidence of the claim. La Resistance Group agrees to change the equipment for a new one if the claim is legitimate. After this period, the manufacturer's warranty will be applied.

Once the claim has been accepted you must:

  • send the merchandise in its original package with all the manuals, documents, accessories and packaging materials.

  • If your package was originally shipped double-boxed, please return the unit(s) double-boxed.

  • The product should be packed in the original product box with the UPC codes intact.

  • Please avoid using duct tape or other adhesives that can leave a residue.

  • Please use a shipping method that is trackable, such as FedEx or UPS. We recommend that you insure your package when shipping back to us when purchasing your own shipping labels. Sometimes things get damaged en route, and if that happens, we want you to be covered.

 

Non-returnable Items:

  • Specials Orders

  • Software

  • Downloads

  • Oversized or overweight items

  • Discontinued products, closeouts, and used products

  • Speakers

  • Tubes

  • Personal items (earphones, harmonicas, instrument mouthpieces, etc

Special Orders

Special orders cannot be cancel or return due to manufacturers policy.

Warranties and repairs

Once an item is sent or received by our service department we will contact you regarding cost of repairs or parts needed. Once you agree for the service you are responsible for payments owed for the repair. We will not return any product that have not been paid in full for the service provided. 

Once the service department notifies you that the product has been repaired you have 30 days to collect your product, if the product is not collected within that time frame it would be considered an abandoned product and La Resistance Pro Audio Group shall become the owners of the abandoned product and shall dispose, resell or use the product as best suit the situation. This pertains to products that have been brought to the store for warranty or service. In the case that it was a product shipped to the store we will proceed to ship the product to the shipping address indicated by the customer.

Due to continuous advancement and unforeseen inflations, all prices and specs are subject to change without prior notice. Although every effort was made to ensure that all information herein was accurate at the time of printing, La Resistance Pro Audio Group is not responsible for any typographical and pricing errors.

For products that carry a 2 year warranty, you need to bring or send the product back to us 

in optimum condition with everything that came inside the box with the product. We will only respect the warranty if the unit is in excellent condition and is free from any damages due to misuse of the product beyond normal wear and tear. La Resistance reserves the right to assess the condition of the product upon its return and will determined if the warranty claim will be admitted or refuse.
